July is my sister’s birthday month. Usually, this month is meant for all sorts of shenanigans. She is pampered and pestered. We go out to dine and have fun filled weekends through the month. However, this time it had to be different.
Not that we didn’t pamper her, or that I refrained from pestering her, we just had to tone down everything. Restrict all activities indoors. This pandemic is taking its toll on everyone and July, being birthday, meant we had something to look forward to.
As you may have noticed, I am doing a bit of re-inventing with this blog. Changing things here and there. And so, while I do all that work, I am leaving you with this photo of a cake my sister baked.
